One of my group members' email is always flagged as potential spam when it's not! What to do?

Out of the 273 members in my group, only the email of one person gets sent to me (the moderator) as potential spam and I constantly need to approve her emails (even though it's an unmoderated discussion). How can I indicate to Yahoo Groups that this member is NOT a spammer???

you can turn it off in management, it's a waste of time anyway when you moderate new members
