How do I block the send to email addresses when I send an email to a group of people?

You have two options:

Option A: Use mailing list management software. You only compose and send the message once, but it is actually sent to all the people on the list. The messages go out as individual messages to each user. Many e-mail programs have plugins to allow you to edit and manage mailing lists.

Option B: While less elegant and harder to maintain, but fine for small lists, you can just use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field for the addresses instead of CC (Carbon Copy). The recipients won't see the addresses in the BCC field.

If your send-to names are in a group, send the mail to yourself, with the group name as BCC, Blind Carbon Copy. That way, no one sees the actual names.
