you cannot send an e-mail through GROUPNAME-owner@yahoo.com. No such mail exists. GROUPNAME-owner@yahoogroups.com is only for messages that come to your inbox.

Join your own group and put your name, and do it the same as the others, but have your private also.====
Reply:owner@yahoogroups.com is only for in coming, you cannot send out using it. groups recognize you by your ID and e-mail you have linked to your membership, which is what you have to use.


best you can do is create a new account or alias using something close to your groups title

then write a message and click 'post' - this will send your message to 'pending'





there, you can edit it, and change your e-mail address for the owner e-mail address
