There is no way. They could simply view the source code and copy it or by some other means.
What i wana say is when i send a msg(email) to my group , how can i protect my words so nobody can copy paste?
You cannot. Unless you wite them on an image file like jpg or png, and send them the image. Spammers frequently do this to get thru spam filters.
