3rd request When replying to a yahoo group email I can not delete the trailers so I have not been able to repl

Why can I not delete the trailers when replying to to a Yahoo group email such as the D1 yahoo group. I have tried to get help for months I am paying for this yet I can not reply to any message. I have ask tecs and they said it is a Yahoo problem neither 1 of my pc's can delete the trailers so it is not a pc. problem

I use the traditional mail option on my Yahoo Groups, and I'm able to edit (highlight and delete, etc) all my posts, with no problems. I remember someone saying, on one of my groups that they were using either the fully featured or the beta version and they were not able to trim their messages.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Trailers" but if you click on the message you're replying to, you should get a box which surrounds it. If you then click again you should be able to highlight whatever you want to delete. Sorry, it's all a bit difficult to describe %26lt;BG%26gt; Are you reading your emails on your Group's site or on your own Inbox?


This new Yahoo Groups mail is a real pain, isn't it.

If you wish to reply to a Yahoo Groups message, reply to the Group's email address. As long as you are a registered user to that group with that email, it will post to your group so long as your group is set to accepts posts from all members (ie not just mods).





Hope that helps -- I have no idea what "trailers" you are referring to -- something tells me no-one else did either, thus your lack of replies
