A long time ago I created a family group. My email address changed. I cannot access my group?

I created a family group a few years ago. My email address has changed and I can no longer access my group to moderate it.

How can I access my family group with this new email address?

Do You remember what Yahoo ID you used to create the group? If you do, and just don't remember your password, you can click on forgot password on the groups sign in page. Yahoo will ask a few security questions then give you a temporary password. Once you are able to sign in you can access your group.

Its possible yahoo deleted the group as well if it has been inactive and has less than 2 members.
Reply:When you set up the group, did you appoint someone as moderator or co-owner ?? And if you are still in touch with these people, they can send your new email address an invite to join the group. Then once you are there, then maybe they'll have the ability to make you "owner".

I put two of my ID's into each group I own just in case something like this happens, but usually use my yahoo addy rather than my ISP addy so I can always get to it.
Reply:Can you get back to that email address. If it was a yahoo email address ask if you can activate it again. Then get in and allow the new email privileges to moderate. If it is not yahoo address not sure what can be done.
