I have attempted to stop receivng email from my group and have been unsuccsesful. Short of canceling my email account "valg0239@netzero.net I wish to stop receivng these emails. What do I do?

On your yahoo groups page, there should be a edit / user profile type link, from there you should be able to unsubscribe from the group therefore not receive emails.
