Export to a file, remove the ones you dont want on it, and send to your friend.

copy the addresses from the address book when u get them on the 'To:' bar, and mail them to your friend
Reply:The easiest thing that i will do is send an email to all the email address including your friend. The message can be some news , facts or jokes so your friend will have the whole list of email addresses . you can even compose a mail and add all addresses from the address book and before sending copy the whole list of addresses from the" to" Field and email it to your friend.
