Where can I create a group, where I -for intance- can send an email to all the members?

If you want to send out info to many people at once, you could do it through email newsletters. You'd need to get an account and here are some popular ones:

If you'd like to post messages that only certain people can see and where they can post as well, then set up a private Yahoo! Group. Bonus: it's free.
