About group email approval...?

hi i m the owner of a group. i want to know that how can i set a filter. i mean i want a good email to my all friends but some bad guys sending such a adult emails. and i want to delete but not blocked this user. i want to set a filter. coz if i think that some emails good and bad then i can select them. i just wat set a filter and wanna to send good emails to all friends. so plz guide me and help me.
