Go to your group's Members page.
In the default sort, all of your email only members are listed after the members with Yahoo IDs, so click the link to navigate to the "Last" page. If there are more than 10, click the "Previous" page link after going to the end.
Next to each member (yes, you can only do one-at-a-time) click the "Request Profile" link.
You will then see a page that previews the message that Yahoo will send to their email address and have the option of adding a personal message to be sent along with that.
Then click the "Send Request" button.
Do you have a note on your group's home page that all members need to have Yahoo IDs? If not, some folks will want to stay on email only and you shouldn't force them to get a Yahoo ID. If you have a group that relies heavily on participation in polls, posting of files or photos, etc. then you are justified in wanting everyone to have a Yahoo ID so they can participate fully. I own a group that serves as a mailing list for a club. Some of our members post pictures and videos of club activities, but some are on email only just to be notified of club activities. These email only members post to the group and share in the discussion and planning of group activities, so their lack of a Yahoo ID is irrelevant.
