Use BCC (blind carbon copy).
How can I send an email to a group of people without showing all their email addresses?
Put their email information in the BCC line... blind carbon copy... email will go to all the people listed but it won't show their addresses

Reply:Do like I do .. when you don't want people to know the other peoples email addresses...Just have to send each email sperately and you can go into wordpad write your email and if you wanting to send it to everyone in your list than just copy from wordpad and paste into email and add name and if you don't click anything in between you can just do the same to all your out going emails till you get them all sent...
